As a mobile service no working day is the same. So, you'll never be bored. Our Franchisees supply new, re conditioned and repaired radiators to the motor trade, general public and account customers.
We also offer a skilled fitting service. This means that the customer can get on with their life while the job is done, either at home or their place of work.
The profit margins on the sales are excellent and the income from the fitting services provides an extra income stream. Because some of the work undertaken is an emergency purchase premium rates can often be applied.
Training
Dial A Rad Franchisee training is an intensive two week programme of both practical and theory, with a certificate of competency awarded on completion. We will teach you how to fit, re condition and repair all types of automotive radiators. These range from motor bikes to combine harvesters and anything inbetween.We will also teach you how to identify the correct unit for every enquiry ensuring that your customer gets the right unit. We have found that many customers get frustrated because the local motor factor hasn't got a clue which radiator fits their vehicle. This is one of the many benefits of our in-depth knowledge gained over the years.
All aspects of running your own business are covered. Including marketing, sales, book keeping, customer service and advertising. The training is planned for you personally and will reflect your background, previous knowledge and skills.
After your training is complete and you out in the field we will still be there to advise and support you whenever you need us.
