10. Sign up.

Open the Agreement Window on your Internet Browser.
Simply click here.

Print it out.

If you are using an 'Internet Explorer' browser:
First, click anywhere on the agreement with your mouse.
Then press ctrl + P on your keyboard or click the PRINT button at the top of the screen.


If you are using an 'Netscape Navigator' browser:
First, click anywhere on the agreement with your mouse.
Then choose FILE > PRINT from the control panel at the top of the screen or click the PRINT button at the top of the screen.

Carefully complete and sign the agreement.

4.

Then Open and Print the Order Form Window.
Simply click here or click the link on the Agreement.

5.

Then send the Licensing Agreement and Order Form,
along with your cheque, to the the address below.
